For the second straight year, Plymouth and Laconia battled for New Hampshire's Division IV's high school football championship, but unlike last year when Bobcats escaped with a 14-7 win, Sunday's win was never in doubt. Plymouth's 38-0 victory was the 55th straight for the Bobcats, who also became the first New Hampshire team to win five straight state titles.

The Union Leader reports that running back Kyle McAuliffe had a big game rushing for 144 yards and three touchdowns to finish the season with a school record 1,738 yards.
