Plymouth's Chuck Lenahan hoping to go out on top

Red Sox Hall of Famer Ted Williams went-out on top with a home run in his final at-bat.  Next Saturday, New Hampshire Hall of Fame high school football coach Chuck Lenahan of Plymouth Regional hopes to end things on a high note as well.

Lenahan's Bobcats will play Portsmouth for the state's Division II title in his final game as head coach.  If Plymouth can come-out on top, it would be the school's 20th state football championship under Lenahan, who is retiring after 43 years as head coach of the Bobcats.

Lenahan, who didn't win a game in his first season in 1971, brings a 355-70-1 record into the game.  In addition to the 19 state titles, 13 of Lenahan's teams have finished undefeated.

Plymouth brings a 10-1 mark into next week's game.
